Behind the photos

The river has always been the best teacher.

I’m Hayden, the angler behind River Hatch Pack. This project grew from years spent exploring rivers, learning new water, and keeping track of the small details that turn uncertainty into a confident day outside.

When I’m not working on a guide, I’m usually carrying a fly rod, a camera, or both. These photographs are pieces of that life—quiet mornings, long approaches, memorable fish, and the landscapes that keep pulling me back.
